It's been since June that I ordered a few items. I've sent messages to China post. How do I get in touch with customer service? LW561139320CN, 2 separate orders

Il tuo articolo è stato inviato dalla Cina il 30 novembre, ma lo spazio aereo in Europa sembra molto limitato. Potrebbero esserci molte altre settimane prima del suo arrivo.

Unfortunately some items are taking much longer than normal to be delivered, due to the holiday shipping rush, and delays clearing US customs. I think the longest I've seen lately is 34 days, and some people are still waiting for items sent as far back as Nov 13.

I don't think you've been scammed, it's more a question of whether your parcel has been lost, or is just suuuuuper slow. Check the policies of the site you bought from to see if there's a time limit on how long you have to open a buyer protection dispute. If you can afford to give it a couple more weeks, I would wait a bit longer; if you can't, or don't want to, then open a dispute to get your money back.
