I have a post from Germany to China. By using the tracking system, I find the post was already arrive in Beijing, China about half an month ago. But now I still not get the post. The Parcel No. is RR631630643DE. Could you help me to find the problem, or provide and details about the deliver in Beijing, so that I can contact with him/her.

Contact your visa company and file claim against fraud asap.
