It's very unusual for a parcel to Austria to take longer than 60 days. If it doesn't show up by Feb 19th I would consider it lost and file a dispute with my seller.

Left Shanghai for SFO on 6 Feb; next tracking update will come when USPS unloads and scans the parcel. EMS packages to the USA have been slower than usual lately; probably 15-30 days.

this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. you can track its shipment effect date and original post office in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php .

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

Your seller hasn't sent you anything yet. Ask them when they are going to ship your parcel. If you don't like the answer, open a dispute and get your money back.
