the parcel is delayed in China. If your buyer protection is expiring , ask seller extend the protection or open dispute for refund.

Your parcel left China for Morocco on 2017-12-24. The package status can't be updated again until it arrives in Morocco and Poste Maroc receives and scans it. Unfortunately, transit times to Morocco are usually over 60 days; some items sent at the end of November or in early December are just starting to arrive now. It will probably be another 3-4 weeks before your parcel arrives in your country.

this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. you can track its shipment effect date and original post office in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php .

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

no shipping record means your seller never shipped anything to you. You should be cautious of scam.

Which website did you place the order? when did seller give you this tracking number?
