I am living in Germany and my package LX073477184CN says "departure import customs" for half a month now. I am waiting for my package to arrive for over 2 months now and the things I ordered 2 weeks ago on the same site already arrived.
What to do now??

Just curious how long its going to take my package to get to its desination. I ordered it awhile ago. Destination is New York. Tracking number is LS514619883CN

LX073477184CN arrived Germany on Jan 16. Now it is under the control of DHL. Please contact your local DHL company and inquiry delivery detail.

Your parcel was delayed in Shenzhen and didn't leave China for Mexico until December 26th. Transit time to Mexico could be between 30-60 days.

Your parcel is probably not lost, just very slow. Still, if your buyer protection period is getting close to running out, you should get the seller to extend it. If they don't, then open a dispute so you can get your money back.

Was just delivered today...in Auburn, ME. Open a dispute with your seller so you can get your money back.

My tracking number is 08191020813 and the other one is 06934944176
Where is it?? my item with tracking number 069....has been 2 month and still not arrived yet...and the other one with num 081... has been 2weeks...can someone from china post answer me?? pleaseeeee

RU668028476GB. This was received in Suzhou on 13th jan 2018. Its in customs clear IN TRANSIT?? customer is having rouble getting this? please update me
