Saudi Post website shows "Central Post in Riyadh office - AR RIYADH, Processed for Clearance". You should go to Riyadh Post office and pickup the parcel asap.

My package has been marked as delivered since the 16th of Jan, its now the 30th and I have not yet received it. Could I get more information on where the parcel could be or who to contact for support regarding this matter.

You can call Saudi Post and inquiry destination city. maybe your seller shipped to wrong city. If this is the case, You can open dispute to seller for refund.

My package (RX802389205CN) is stopped in your chongqing center since the 2nd of January. its now the 31st -I bougth the packet in december- and I have not yet received it. Could I get more information on where the parcel could be or who to contact for support regarding this matter?

SAME - I Ssent parcel from UK on 4th Jan 2018. This has been at Suzhou since 16th Jan. I have sent this parcel back to seller for a full refund via ebay. he says he contact the post office 3 times and that they will try and resolve in a week? what is happening with this parcel? tracking ref RU668028476GB
