That's because your seller never sent you anything. Open a dispute so you can get your money back.

Held by Customs in Saudi Arabia. You should contact Customs or the Post Office in Saudi Arabia to find out how to claim your parcel.

Just arrived in Canada on the 26th; you should get it soon. You can track it yourself on the Canada Post website. :)
