Where is my package ? I got a confirmation email that my items were shipped on
december 11,2017 and your website has no record of my items being shipped . Tracking number LM103297170CN

I got an email saying my package is on the way I placed my order Jan 3, 2018 I have not receive my package Ls519101336cn. Will someone please tell me where is my package. Thank you.

your seller delayed the shipment for 2 weeks. the parcel was actually shipped on Jan 16. You should get it by early Feb.

It's normal for an parcel's status not to update while it's in transit between countries. After an item leaves China, there is usually a long period of no updates until it arrives in the destination country. Its status can't be updated until it reaches the destination country and the receiving postal service scans it.

How long will China Post parcel arrive my country? How long will my tracking status be updated?

This type of parcel could take 30-60 days to arrive in Spain. If you don't get it by the end of February, or if your buyer protection time is running out, file a dispute so that you get your money back.

Your parcel arrived in the Philippines on 13 January. PHLPost still shows it as "Enroute to Delivery Office". You should contact your local PHLPost office to confirm where your parcel is and how you can get it.

Your seller never sent you anything, you are scammed. Open a dispute and get your money back.
