I ordered two things about two weeks ago. One has already replied but still waiting for the other one. Tracking number #LX076581773CN. Why hasn't my second item arrived yet? Has it even left?

australia post website shows this parcel status as "SYDNEY NSW, Arrived at facility in destination country". You will get it very soon.

I ordered something on November 29th and still have not gotten it. I received tracking number LS259542656CN and it says
My package was excepted at the China post office on
December 4, 2017 11:14 PM and I have not had any tracking can you please tell me where my package is and when I will receive my package in Chicago

LS259542656CN was mailed on Dec 4, but it doesn't show any sign of ever having left the originating post office or leaving China. It may be lost. Your seller will want to call 11183 to see if China Post can find the parcel. It's not their fault, but it is their problem to deal with -- not yours.

If your seller seems trustworthy and you still want the item, ask them to send a replacement. Otherwise, open a dispute so that you can get your money refunded.

Its been 3 weeks from when i did mt order to SA.. there is no email telling me exactly where my package is?

Your parcel was mailed on Dec 26th but didn't actually leave China until Jan 7th.
Transit times to South Africa unfortunately tend to be very long -- 45 to 90 days. :(

LX598479423CN wasn't actually sent by your seller until Nov 21. It arrived in Mexico on Dec 22 and is now waiting for Customs clearance. I've seen this take as little as 7 days or as long as 3 months, you might want to contact Correos de México or Mexican Customs to find out how long you might have to wait and if there is anything you need to do.
