Hi
Ordered an item which was shipped on 14th Jan under tracking number
RY762524188CN.
I use a couple of tracking sites. One says the package was handed over to the airline on 17th, but also exactly the same on 21st and again on 26th.
The other says it left China on the 21st.
Can I find out exactly where my parcel is now?

RY762524188CN can not catch airline space and is still waiting in warehouse in Shanghai. You need wait one or two more weeks.

Where did this information came from?
Bear in mind I have a tracking report saying the package was handed to the airline on the 17th. If this is correct the airline has had my package for getting on for two weeks. that seems far too long just waiting for airspace.
In addition a different tracking site reports that my package left China en route to UK on the 21st.
They can't all be correct.
Further, if it takes another two weeks to get my package mobile, that will be getting close to the 40 day limit on shipment, after which I would be entitled to consider the shipment lost and ask that a replacement be sent.
Your thoughts?
