2. Normally E Packet takes from 6 to 12 working days to be delivered. But you have to add the time the parcel is spending at the Customs Office.

3. You can track your parcel at the USPS site.

1. When you receive the parcel was the package tempered with. Was it open and then seal back. Was it torn so somebody could have open the box and take the camera.

2. If none of the above happen, then the investigation of China Post will do nothing at all. If parcel was not tempered, then the seller did not put the camera in the box and sent you an empty box with only the instruction how to operate the camera.

3. Have you taken photo of the package with the empty box and only the document. My feeling is that you possibly lost the money that you paid for the camera unless the seller is honest and will send you another parcel with the camera to replace the one missing.

4. There is no EMail that you can send to China Post, they will not answer to anybody by EMail. It is true that it takes 2 to 3 months for any Post Office in the World to do an investigation about a parcel.
