This is the second time in two months I've had dramas with sales/shipping to Australia. They claimed a week ago they'll look into and it should take no longer than 8 weeks ever. This tracking number LX069694179CN says last update was the 4/1/18 in Shenzhen China.

Please find out what is going on otherwise this will be a 2 for 2 fail. NOT HAPPY

LX069694179CN was shipped on Jan 4. Normally it should arrive Australia in 4 weeks. I suggest you open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund.
