Post Where’s my package?

I ordered a pair of the wireless headphones on February 13th or 14th and it is now March 2nd and the only thing that it says when I track it is “NO SHIPPING RECORD”. Someone please help me.

I ordered a package almost a month ago. Tracking info says it was shipped from China on 2/10 around 10am and delivered on 2/10 around 1pm?!? WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?!?

No shipping record means your seller did not ship you anything. You might be scammed.

If you paid to paypal/aliexpress, open dispute against fraud and claim refund asap.

I bet you're seeing "Delivered by air transport" on some other tracking site, which is a rather bad translation. It would be more accurate to say "Handed off to airline" -- the parcel was given to the airline company to send to the destination country. It doesn't mean that the parcel was delivered -- just that it's on its way.

If you post your tracking number we might be able to give you more specific help.
