Post What happen to my post?

Hi, i bought my item on 13 october 2018 and i reside in singapore. I haven’t receive my items since then. When i did a package track, it mentioned delivery failed. Please help to find out what went wrong thanks. LZ941572064CN.

Singapore Post website shows the parcel LZ941572064CN arrived Singapore on Oct 25 but address is incomplete. It is on the way returning to China.

You need call Singapore Post to stop the return immediately. If the parcel has not been returned, you can try to pickup the parcel from Singapore Post head office.

Hi admin, i am not able to stop the delivery from my end because the postal address was written wrongly. This is very very upsetting
