I haven't receive the item from China since July. Tracking number is LT017349736CN. It shows a lot of process in many cities but not arrived yet until now. Can anyone tell me what happened?

Then the second part on USPS site.

2. In short, your parcel attempted delivery in USA without any success. So the parcel is coming back to the sender of the parcel.

3. It seems that USPS did not gave you much chances to get your parcel by leaving maybe a card to pick up your parcel. You could if you want call USPS and ask them the hole story about your parcel. Tracking is limited on the USPS site.

4. Next thing, is to contact seller and tell him the parcel is possibly coming back to him and try to have some sort of an arrangement with him.
