I ordered few model aircraft from ebay. The items were shipped by the seller through China Post. As per seller items were shipped on 30th Jan itself. The tracking details shows it is still lying in Shanghai, China from 6th Feb 2018 while I should have received by 2nd march. May I know the fate of my shipment?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to airline on Feb 6. China Post does not control the parcel after the parcel is sent to airline. So you can not know its further status anymore.

Normally parcel will wait about 2 to 5 weeks to reach UAE after sent to airline date. However, you must make sure the shipper has printed P.O box in the parcel. Without P.O box number, U.A.E post will automatically reject the parcel to China.
