Help: Tracking UH020289431US

How can I know Or make sure this package was delivered to the recipient ??? How can I keep up?

UH020289431US is usps 1st class mail. USPS does not pay China Post to scan such cheap parcel. So you can not know its status after arrival of Beijing airport. You can not know if it has been delivered or not.

next time, please use USPS priority service. Or at least buy delivery confirmation service from USPS. then USPS will pay china post to scan the parcel and update its delivery status.
