Need help tracking a package.

Track-Chinapost places the package at Guangzhou Airport on October 15th with no further information.

Ebay sites the package in Queens, NY as of October 30th with no further information

I haven't been able to confirm if package is in either place.

Any further information would be appreciated

Your package departed Guangzhou for the USA on 15 Oct and probably should have been delivered to you by now. I'm curious to know how eBay thinks they know it was at the USPS Int'l Service Center in New York, given that the USPS doesn't provide tracking for these items any more.

You might want to give the USPS a call, but I don't know if they'll be willing to help.
