Parcel No.RI679341521CN tracking result

2016-05-07 22:19:35.0 parcel center received
2016-05-07 22:39:03.0 parcel center customs scan
2016-05-07 23:05:47.0 leaving parcel center ，next station Shenzhen center
2016-05-08 00:17:44.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export security scan
2016-05-08 08:12:48.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export customs cleared

It's been more than a month since the package shipped. I still don't have any update on the package. Can someone please help me to track the package? Is it in Canada Post's hand?

2. I have check on Canada Post for you and this is what I get:
Tracking # :RI679341521CN
Date / Time :2016/05/08 - 08:42

3. Your parcel possibly arrive in Canada and it's at the customs Office getting clear. I suspect it might clear customs this week or the latest next week.

4. I will check for you during this week if I see anything at Canada Post.
Just remind me this Friday if I have seen anything.

5. Normally it takes 5 to 6 weeks for parcel from China because Customs Office in Vancouver are very busy with parcels arriving there.

Thank you for the quick reply. I have about 2 weeks left to make a dispute.

Just curious, I live in Toronto. Is it a normal practice for China Post to use Vancouver as a hub for all shipment to Canada?

1. Technically Yes for Vancouver. Before you open dispute you can ask for an extension of 1 week buyer protection. I'm almost sure that the parcel will be out of Customs this week.

I have not received it yet. But as int mentioned its probably just out of the customs, it will probably be in sometime next week.

Destination is Bangladesh i sent by ship.This is my detail can anybody tell me where is my package ? i shipped on 17th may 2016 and my status is stuck till 26 may ? my tracking number is this RR729820377CN i dont know how i can proceed please help me !
