http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to airline on Mar 11. Normally it will wait about 2 weeks to catch flight to Vancouver and wait another 30 to 90 days to pass canada import processing. You need some patient.

Next time, please use china post epacket to ship goods to canada from china. Canada Post gives very high priority to handle epacket which takes only 2 to 4 days to pass canada customs. You can also track epacket in canada post website.

if you purchased from ebay/aliexpress/amazon, you can file complaint and claim compensation as seller did not honor the contract to use ePacket. If you purchased from seller's own website, you can do nothing.
