This isn't an ePacket, it's registered mail (tracking number starting with R, ePackets start with L).

So far http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only "Shipping notice received from seller". Your seller has printed out a shipping label but not actually mailed your parcel yet.

This kind of parcel tends to take 30-60 days to arrive, and Canada Post doesn't provide tracking information for them, either.
