no update on #LT173241380 since Jan 2 where is my package

LT173241380 is not china post tracking number. Correct number should 13 digits.

If you are talking about LT173241380CN, http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows no record. Your seller has not shipped anything yet.
You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
