Hello, can you please check CP359281635CN parcel, because there has been no update for almost a month.
I had 2 parcels shipped the same time, one already arrived but parcel CP359281635CN doesnt even have new updates.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CP359281635CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to Slovenia on Jan 17.

This kind of parcel starting with CP is called air/sea combined parcel. It is a very slow parcel.

Normally it will arrive South Africa in 4 to 6 weeks. If the parcel weight is over 2kgs, it can take up to half year to arrive. You can not see update before parcel arrives Slovenia.

Right now you can not do anything except waiting. If your buyer protection is expiring, please open dispute to seller for refund.
