Could you please tell me what it means when I track my package and the most recent update says “arrive delivery department”?
That’s all it says for the most recent update and I’m not sure if that means it made it to Minnesota and it will be going out for delivery today or if it hasn’t even made its way to
Minnesota yet..? Is there a way to tell when my package would arrive? I was told it would be about a week when I ordered it but it’s been a month and I know things happen and it’s going a long ways but a better update would be very much appreciated. Here is my tracking number...

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. I just received my package and instead of receiving what I had ordered (which was a cleaner that came with a bottle and 10 tablets that desolve in water inside the bottle) I instead got an empty unmarked white spray bottle that I can buy at our local dollar store and I didn’t receive any of the 10 tablets!
Is there a second package coming or is there a way you can help me get this fixed? Or at least lead me in the direction I need to go? I don’t normally order things online so I’m kinda stuck on what to even do.
