It shows in the tracking section that the parcel is delivered but still I haven't received my parcel and when I search in the website it tells the destination as Singapore but I ordered and paid for it to be delivered it in India or if so whome can I contact in India puducherry to check on my parcel status

You might be scammed. If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, open dispute against fraud.
