Please note that my packages RG740573641CN & RY780422358CN are still at Export customs scan (domestic transit) china-post for 3 days now

I need to know why is the delay!!!!
When would I receive my packages?

your parcels are register airmail which have low priority to catch airline space. You might need wait about 2 to 6 weeks to catch flight to Lebanon. If you want fast shipment, you should use EMS.

How can I send it through EMS what would it cost and what should I do to proceed with EMS
I cannot wait for regular shipment its urgent

There is no way to change how much time a parcel will take after it's already been sent.

It's normal for tracking to "freeze" when an item leaves China. Its status can't be updated until it reaches Lebanon and the Lebanese postal service scans it. You can read more about this here:
