3. So basically we know that the parcel in On Route to USA. If it arrive in US it has to go through USA Customs Office to get clear, what I don't know is if USPS will registered the parcel has arriving and sent to USA Customs or will they scan the parcel only when it is leaving the USA Customs Office!

4. No scan does not necessarily means the parcel is not traveling to the destination.

1. Normal delivery time for E Packet is 6 to 12 working days. So it's been only 3 working days so far. The other factor is how many Mail Bags is New York receiving from Overseas. Because New York is an Inbound Mail arrival for parcel.

1. Yes exactly, I have read on Internet that the fastest place to clear parcel from Customs Office is in New York. Hope that is true for your parcel. Also please be aware that the 6 to 12 days exclude the time spent in the Customs Office.

2. But because this is E Packet normally USPS put those parcels ahead of every other parcels so they can get clear faster because client using this service pay extra money for fast service.
