Post Package delivered, not to me

I received information by usps tracking that my order(LN236529325CN) had finally been delivered. But it was not delivered to me, it's even a different state and city. Is it being delivered from this other location? If so why would it say "delivered" or a scam?

it should be a scam. your seller might have used other people's tracking number to cheat your money.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress, please open dispute for refund.
