1. Your parcel can take from 6 to 40 days to be deliver to UK according to the Estimate arrival time here:

2. Your parcel is On Route to UK or already maybe in UK. It's only that Royal Mail did not get to it or scan it. Have you call Royal mail to find out if your parcel will be track as soon as it get scan by Royal Mail!

3. When a parcel is not scan you can not get any update. You just need to wait for it. If you feel to worry about your parcel, then contact seller and tell him you have not receive it.

4. Maybe next time you could use E Packet parcel, it's a bit more expensive for mailing like maybe 2 to 3 US dollars and the estimate arrival time is 6 to 12 working days excluding the time spent at the Customs Office.

1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. If you just got your number you need to wait sometimes up to 10 days before the number is register into the China Post system.

2. If after 10 days you still can not track your parcel, then contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel.

its 20 days that I dont have tracking information from my package , the last uptade is in 28.09.2016 that the order left the wirehouse ant thats from that day I didnt recieve any information please help find my package

your parcel is ok. you can not see new status anymore. it is on the way, no need worry.

1. Because your parcel is what we call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus and has limited tracking and can be track only in China and. Can be deliver in your country from 30 to 60 days.
