Hello! I placed an order on Aliexpress on 4/1/16 and the seller said they were shipping it out on 4/8/16 and they provided me with the tracking number LS771169012CN. When I looked up this number it said "No shipping record". Is my package lost? or has the seller not shipped it out?

1. After tracking 3 different sites this is what I get:
Item is not found at this moment, If necessary, please verify with the package sender and check back later.
2. Your parcel was never mail out, just open a dispute on Aliexpress to get your money back.
