I placed an order on 3/6/20 from TheRagsCulture and still received any information, mind you its 5/1/20, besides that my package is allegedly in Zhengzhou, China. I just need to know if its on the way or if the order is even real so I can take necessary steps to get my merchandise or a refund because this is just outrageous! Tracking number is LW590154474CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LW590154474CN was shipped from Zhengzhou to USA on Mar 11. It is still in Zhengzhou airport waiting for flight space. it is not a scam.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. So some delay is normal, no need worry. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

After parcel arrives USA, USPS website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
