When I check your site I don't see an update as to where my package is at as of January 12,2013. I'm not able to track the package it would seem. I'm getting worried please assist me. My tracking number is RB072322022cn. Thank you.

tracking number RB072322022cn is not in China Post system. Probably your shipper has not sent the parcel to China Post yet, or the tracking number is wrong.

the parcel left Beijing Int'l airport in middle of January and heading to UK in transit to Jamaica.

I was told the estimated time was 29 days and it has been, way more than a month. I would like to know how long it normally takes to be delivered to Jamaica.

The parcel has arrived Langley,UK and is waiting for air space to Jamaica. Normally, it need another two weeks to reach your country.

why is it that when i try to track my package on your site it doesn't show that it's in langley, uk as you said?

Some data (especially those tracking data after the parcel left China) can only be accessible through phone call to China Post. We called China Post toll free no.11185 and get the latest location of your parcel is in Langley, UK.

Ok, but as I said before I'm giving it two more weeks to get to Jamaica.
