Hello

On February 12 i ordered something and they sent out a tracking code LT409548016CN.

the tracking info reads that its in customs and hasnt moved on progress since march 13th.

I orderes something else from the same company around march 14th and its already in the US.

If anyone can tell me whats happening with my first package id greatly appreciate it.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LT409548016CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Wuhan office to US on Mar 13.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Wuhan ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
