I ordered a poster 20 days ago, and its been
Origin Post is Preparing Shipment
Processed Through Sort Facility
Aug-05-13, 14:56 PM, GUANGZHOU EMS
for over 15 days.
Is there any updates I can get on it? I tried tracking it through this website but its basically the same thing.

you need contact your ebay seller and ask him to file a query claim to China Post EMS department in Guangzhou. EMS guangzhou office will give you answer very soon.
