Hi, can someone please give me details on my shipment from China to Canada?

lm073378155cn
this is all that I can get from Canada Post so far.....

2016/08/29 11:10 CNSZXD,China International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada
2016/08/26 23:32 518021,China International item mailed in originating country

Is this normal to have no updates for so long?

It is normal, it will get updated only when it gets to Canada, and this depends on the amount of hops it's going to make between countries until it reaches Canada.

Trying to give you answers when I can get it. :p

1. Lately Canada Post is having difficulty with E Packet, I don't think they are providing the adequate service for this type of mail.

2. It can take up to 3 weeks before any sign of arrival for the parcel in Canada Post site. Normally E Packet should take from 6 to 12 working days for delivery. This timing is excluding the time the parcel spend at the Customs Office in both countries.

3. It might also be the Customs Office in Canada, they are holding up the line for those type of parcel. But it does not matter E Packet should be getting priority service when it arrive in Canada.

4. I would not be surprise if this week you will see some movement on your parcel at Canada Post site.

Thanks for the previous info and feedback. Can someone please let me know if there is any activity now? I cannot see anything on my end (Canada Post Site).
