I ordered a shirt from eBay and the item was said to be shipped on February 16.

When I track it, the last thing it said " Origin Post is Preparing Shipment "

It's already been somewhere around 4 weeks and I still havent received anything.

This package is important as it is part of my cosplay that I'll be wearing at a convention in a couple of weeks and I would like to receive it before it so I can check everything.
