It was ordered on March 25, then shipped April 9, 2014. I think. Now the status says, "Sent to airline." Does this mean it has left China? When may I expect it to arrive?

normally the parcel will leave china within one week of sent to airline date(depending on airline space). arrival USA time will be around 2 to 3 weeks after sent to airline date.

So total delivery time is 3 months?! That's terrible :( how does it take two to three weeks to arrive after it gets to the US? Where does the airplane land in the US? Is it actually a boat and not a plane? I can't see any reason for this to be so slow. Can you tell me why, please? Thank you.

your parcel was shipped on April 9, sent to airline on May 2nd, so you should get it on or before May 20. no need 3 months.

Ok, thank you. But the time frame given by the seller was "15-26 days." This is taking longer. I'm still confused why it takes so long, if it is air mail.

you should ask seller how can he guarantee the parcel can arrive in 15 to 26 days? none can do that.

All the sellers who use China Post Air Mail give the delivery time as "15-26 days." EMS is 5-15 days, DHL 3-7 days. That seems to be the standard.
