China Post tracking has been the same status since Jan 6th and no movement in info. Its been 30days is this possible?

The parcel should be still in Shenzhen airport, other user shipping from Shenzhen has similar problem. It seems that Shenzhen airport has some problem and stuck many parcels to Canada.

Now it is Chinese New Year holiday season, not easy to contact China Post for more information as every office is closed. Please wait one more week to get updated info.

Problem is I have to make a claim on Ebay that the items have not arrived before the 16th February so I have a chance of getting my money back from the seller. For all I know there could be a empty package in the mail to me. So I have to claim. :(

you claim ebay/paypal to get back your money. if you receive the parcel later, you'd better return the parcel to seller otherwise they can report you cheating on ebay

no updated information. i believe the parcel was stuck somewhere in China post warehouse. You'd better ask your client to file compensation claim against China Post.
