Hello,
My order shipped with epacket on the 28 and left Guangzhou terminal on the 30. However, it has not updated since then. I am afraid that it is lost. The tracking number is LL083966598CN.
My past experiences with epacket were never that long, they usually arrive in Canada 1-2 weeks after.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LL083966598CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to Canada on Mar 31.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Canada Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Toronto, Canada). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until Canada Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Canada Post website will show its new status with Canada location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.
