I need help tracking this package. The seller supplied this epacket tracking number but it has not arrived although it has been 30 days since purchase. Usually packages from China arrive within two weeks.

you can track ePacket in following page: http://track-chinapost.com/starteub.php

if no result showed in above page, then you should be careful. that means the parcel no. is invalid, ChinaPost has never received this tracking number.

Thank you for this information. I contacted the seller and was given a different tracking number: RU475259510CH
It appears to be a valid number but I have no way of knowing whether it is really for my parcel. There is no country of delivery indicated, just a place of mailing and the tracking stops on 2013-12-17. Is this normal?
