Post Duplicate status and no updates

My package with the tracking number LT017153632CN was shipped on July 27th and there have been no updates since July 31st. The status of the package is as follows:

29-Jul-2016 17:14 Received by Post Office 266071
29-Jul-2016 23:14 Departure export customs QINGDAO EMS
31-Jul-2016 20:43 Departure export customs QINGDAO EMS

I think that there is an issue because of the duplicate status of my package departing export customs in Qingdao. If there is any way I could find out if the package is traveling to the United States now or if it is stuck in China I would appreciate the help. Thank you.

The same exact thing is going on with my package in the same location my tracking number is LT032927547CN and these are my tracking results 01-Aug-2016 16:34 Received by Post Office 266021
