I've been waiting for a parcel from Ali Express since May of this year. I checked the scanning number (70997301955) and it says this, on May 15, 2016.

"Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan"

Where is my parcel?

1. If you did not receive the parcel it might be because the parcel never departed China, because maybe it did not pass the Export Security Scan. May I suggest you look at this:

What does the status “Export Security Scan” mean? How long it will take?

2. Now you could contact seller and try to have an arrangement with him because you did not receive the parcel.
