Post 67 Days and still "On Route"

From the tracking number RH242571432CN, the shipment departed warehouse and went through office of exhange in Shanghai, then Exported straight seal then to Shanghai Pudong very quickly. Then the next day it advises Shanghai Departure. Wonderful news, now 67 days later it still is showing on the "international mail tracking that it departed Export Customs Shanghai. The famous and repeated question would be where is this package. It's not a small one at all but one person can pick it up without much problems. If sent by air (which showed on another tracking system TAC Air had it or at their airport which seems odd) where did it go ! Even by sea it doesn't take that long to cross to Canada unless going via the Mediterranean and past Spain :( . Anyhow hope you can help me and get some sort of time-line as to expected arrival in Canada.

Thank you.

shipping to canada is really slow. you should get the goods by end of June if your address in the parcel is correct.

Canada Post doesn't track incoming registered mail any more so unfortunately there is no way to tell what happened to it.

I wonder if China Post can at least find out if the shipment arrived in the Canadian port. As for Canada Post, go figure they are on a strike vote. But non the less, it would be good to know it is at least in port on this side. I can fight with Canada Post much better knowing it was at least delivered onto Canadian soil.

Oh and another thing, tracking with some apps shows that the number has expired. I really need this delivery shortly.

No you can not verify if the parcel has arrived Canada or not because Canada Post does not provide arrival information. Based on my experience, china post normally will arrive USA in one week, I believe parcel to Canada should be the same. Most of the delayed in Canada Post warehouse and customs.

1. Have you tried to call Canada Post for you parcel?

2. I have been tracking your parcel for a long time (weeks) and this is the only info I could get:
Tracking # :RH242571432CN
Date / Time :2016/05/03 - 10:35
Description :There is no information available for this international item. Tracking by Canada Post is not a feature for this product.
Service Type :International Inbound Registered

3. Now I don't know if this means that the parcel arrive in Canada or Ship from China On Route to Canada. Or that Canada Post had your parcel since the 3 May in their hand.

4. You should try to contact Canada Post either by phone or go directly to a Post Office and try to talk to a supervisor about your parcel.
Is it still in Customs Office getting check? As hit arrive in Canada? Somebody at Canada Post should know!

Hope this help.

Canada Post has no information on the shipment but, Canadian Customs found that it was scanned somewhere but did not get to their part of the system (Customs). I apparently require ChinaPost to start an investigation with Canada Post as I believe it was in fact delivered somewhere in Canada but lost somehow. Who or where would I be able to contact someone at ChinaPost to begin communications with Canada Post and start such an investigation on the Canada Post side. I apparently cannot start an investigation, grrr.

1. The sender of the parcel has to contact China Post to start an investigation about your parcel. It will take a couple of months until the sender get any info.

Hope this help.
