Can you tell me if this 16724152821 is a legitimate tracking number from China to Canada? As far as I can tell it isn't, but I don't want to ask paypal to reverse the charge if the mail is just slow. The shipper claims to have sent the package on July 1st.

1. The only thing I could find is possibly the carrier is GLS, you need to tell us who is the carrier of the parcel. If you don't know ask the seller.

2. As for time to deliver a parcel to Canada, it can take from 4 to 8 weeks.

1. I have track your parcel on multiple sites and I can Not find anything:

Your tracking info was not found, Possible reasons:
1: The carrier hasn't accepted your package yet.
2: The carrier hasn't scanned and entered your package tracking information into their system yet.
3: Your tracking number is incorrect or invalid.
4: Your tracking number has expired and removed from carrier's system.

2. Ask seller to show you some tracking of the parcel and which site he is tracking the parcel. If the explanation is not to your satisfaction, then open a dispute to get your money back.
