http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel left china on Sep 15. it should enter Italy Post system by Oct 15. you need some patient.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel left china on Sep 15. it should enter Italy Post system by Oct 15. you can not see new information until Italy customs release it to Italia Post.
