i bought a dress form a chinese seller and they sent it to me with china post but the tracking isnt updated since the last month. Where is my order now??

Ho comperato un vestito da un venditore cinese e me lo hanno mandato tramite china post ma il tracciamento non è più aggiornato da tempo. Dov'è il mio ordine ora?

but maybe is lost because the tracking is not updated since too long, it is possible?... how can i solve this problem?

1. I'm sure that the Italy Post is as much busy right now as every Post Office in the World trying to scan the parcel as fast as they can and giving it to the Italy Customs Office for clearance.

2. If you don't see any tracking it's because Italy Post did not scan your parcel yet.
