Hi guys,
I need yr help with these parcels: RY561590361CN, RY561581594CN.
For both the tracking is:

2017-11-05 09:52:32.0 shipping notice received from seller(速卖通平台)
2017-11-07 21:11:03.0 浙江金华shipping center received
2017-11-07 21:27:39.0 浙江金华shipping center customs scan
2017-11-08 01:18:21.0 已leaving 浙江金华shipping center ，next station center
2017-11-08 09:49:02.0 Hangzhou export security scan
2017-11-08 10:31:09.0 Hangzhou center export customs cleared
2017-11-09 16:48:10.0 arrive Hangzhou center
2017-11-09 22:45:00.0 sent to airline
2017-11-10 06:46:19.0 sent to airline
2017-11-10 12:00:00.0 Hangzhou safety check rejected

The parcels contain a silk scarf. No battery, no electrical equipment.
Could you help me please to understand where are my parcels? 😕

the parcel should be rejected by mistake. I suggest you contact seller to reship you another one.

Thank you for your prompt replay.
I already contacted the seller few day ago but he wrote "Dear Do not worry, aviation parcels need to be transported by air Your package came in Hangzhou Airport, the airport warehouse is large, a lot of packages, they need to line up. This can take a long time.." :-(

It seems that your seller does not want to reship the goods. I think you should open dispute to aliexpress.
