2016-01-20 10:13:41.0 郑州Transit Station export security scan
2016-01-20 10:23:32.0 郑州Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-01-23 16:01:20.0 郑州Transit Station export security scan
2016-01-23 16:01:29.0 郑州Transit Station export customs cleared

what's the meaning of "Transit Station export customs cleared"?

your parcel has problem in Zhengzhou customs, you should open dispute for lost parcel.
