Hello,
why this parcel hasn't been sent to airline?
Isn't it the next step after "custom cleared"?

2. So basically this mean your parcel in On Route to Italy. I don't see any problem in the tracking about your parcel. I guess you are aware that you can track your parcel on the Italy Post site.

3. May I suggest you read this for your country Italy:

4. Last tracking for your parcel is this:
2016-09-24 10:17
Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported directly

5. Normally when we see that it mean the parcel in On route and the next scan/movement will be done by the Italy Post.

4. Your parcel has been on the road for 6 days, your parcel is On Route to Germany. According to the tracking, I don't see anything unusual for your parcel. Possibly you can track your parcel in Germany with the Germain Post but that I'm not sure.

5. Your parcel is fine, you just need to wait for it.
