Hi,
can i know where my parcel is? It has been cleared from the customs in beijing last tuesday...no sign after that!!
2017-05-02 18:06:00.0 Italy received
2017-05-04 12:44:00.0 leaving Milan
2017-05-04 12:59:00.0 Milan export customs cleared
2017-05-09 11:55:03.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs scan
2017-05-09 16:47:06.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

So, where is it? I live in Kunming.

from beijing to Kunming normally will travel 7 business days. please wait some more days.

7 business days counting the 9th or start from the 10th?
Why does it take so long? It took 7 days italy-china and it takes 7 days beijing-kunming???

Hello,
the tracking says the following:
2017-05-02 18:06:00.0 Italy received
2017-05-04 12:44:00.0 leaving Milan
2017-05-04 12:59:00.0 Milan export customs cleared
2017-05-09 11:55:03.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs scan
2017-05-09 16:47:06.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )
2017-05-15 09:18:33.0 昆明Transit Station import customs scan
2017-05-15 11:33:38.0 昆明Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

So it looks like it left the customs in Kunming yesterday morning. How long before is it in my hands?

you will get it today or tomorrow. If not, call 11185(must in Chinese) and arrange pickup
